A rough day...

Lack of sleep last night made this day one of the toughest yet. Early morning we packed our stuff together and headed for Advanced Base Camp 6400 MSL. After hours and hours of trekking, I was pleased to finally make it to ABC.
I don’t think I have ever felt as exhausted as I felt today. Getting to ABC seemed harder than I thought, but an excellent dinner, with my Sherpa’s, really helped out.
Right now I’m lying in my sleeping bag, wearing my puffy jacket and pants. It’s about 30 degrees below zero at the moment, so it’s important to keep warm.
We are staying at ABC for a few days, before heading back down to Base Camp 5200 MSL.

Chilly greetings from 6400 MSL
